How much do solar panels cost?
Solar panels are priced in watts. If you bought directly from the factory, the current price is 0.17-0.25. So a 400 watt panel would cost between 68 and 100 USD.
China is building a solar OPEC.
Is wind a good solution for Lebanon?
Not really because you need an advanced grid to manage it, which of course Lebanon doesn't have.

No. We have seen many people try it and lose a great deal of money. The design, installation, and troubleshooting take years of professional experience.

How much electricity will one solar panel give me?
Because Lebanon is so rich in light, one 330 watt polycrystalline panel should give you a little less than 2kWh per day on average (2 hours at about 5 amps).
